ARALDICA

Featured at CVTÁ STREET FESTIVAL 2019, Araldica is the culmination of a comprehensive study on the family crests of Southern Italy. This project involved extracting recurring symbols from these crests and crafting a structured design scheme around them.

The final image was engraved onto marine wood, and then, an RGB laser projector was employed to illuminate the engraved grooves with light, creating a mesmerizing and continuous display that adorned the underground passageways of an ancient castle
